Tony Isaac is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Board Director of AI Financial Corporation. He leads the company’s corporate strategy and business direction, working with the board and executive team to align growth opportunities, operational priorities and long-term shareholder interests.
As President and CEO, Tony provides the corporate leadership behind AiFi’s connected product family. His role brings together strategic relationships, commercial planning and financial structuring, helping define how the company develops and expands its business. He works with the innovation and architecture leadership to connect AiFi’s financial infrastructure, business knowledge, banking and compute capabilities with a clear commercial direction and accountable execution.
Tony has served as a Director since 2015 and previously served as CEO in 2016. He is also Chairman and Co-Founder of Isaac Organization, a private investment firm, and brings over 40 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance and strategic transactions. His background in complex deal negotiations and financial structuring supports his work evaluating opportunities and shaping AI Financial Corporation’s growth strategy.
